We are looking for driven, confident, and client-focused Body Sculpting Specialist / Esthetician who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.

This is not a typical esthetician role. Our team members act as consultants and results-driven specialists who help clients achieve real body transformation through advanced technology and personalized treatment plans.

Position Overview

• Perform body sculpting and contouring treatments using Neveskin and T-SHAPE 2 technology

• Conduct professional consultations to assess client goals and recommend treatment plans

• Educate clients on treatment options, packages, and wellness benefits

• Exceed monthly sales and service revenue goals

• Confidently handle client objections and close treatment packages

• Follow up with leads and clients through phone calls, texts, and appointment scheduling

• Maintain accurate client treatment notes and records

• Deliver a premium client experience from consultation to follow-up

• Ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of treatment rooms and the center

• Work closely with management and the team to support center growth

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the center

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician

• Experience in body sculpting, aesthetics, medical spa, wellness, or fitness industries preferred

• Sales experience or comfort with consultative sales and closing strongly preferred

• Ability to meet performance and sales targets

• Comfortable performing client consultations and treatment recommendations

• Must be able to work weekends when needed
